My name is Abby, I am the teen parent coordinator at Central MN YFC. I created this blog to encourage and support teen moms in St. Cloud MN area. It is best used in correlation with your Teen Parents program at CMYFC. It will make the most sense to you readers if you also attend our Embrace support group Thursday nights 6-8pm.
