Abby: I am 28 years old, wife and mother of 3 boys so far. My interests reflect my desire to provide a healthy house in every aspect of our beings: spiritually, mentally, physically. I am a creative personality type... so you know what that means :) I love experimenting in the kitchen, when we found out my husband Matt is allergic to gluten, dairy, oats, bananas, yeast and more, I was actually excited to see what I could whip up for him, now our family eats a generally allergen friendly diet. I am thankful God guided me to be schooled in dietetics for the sake of my husband alone, but I have been able to help friends and family as well, and it is my joy to be able to do that. My nutrition background has been a great tool that I have seen God use to help people, I love to be a part of that! I have a BA in Dietetics, and part of my MS in Holistic Nutrition and Herbalism, I learned a lot in school, and more in life experiences, and still am learning every day.
